Die Maschine ist mit einer festen und einer rotierenden Scheibe ausgestattet. \u00dcber eine Spindel ist der Abstand zwischen diesen Scheiben stufenlos einstellbar, auch w\u00e4hrend des Betriebs. Dadurch kann die Korngr\u00f6\u00dfe des Endprodukts schnell und pr\u00e4zise eingestellt werden.<\/p>\n<p>Da keine Teile herumliegen, erzeugt die Scheibenm\u00fchle deutlich weniger L\u00e4rm als eine <a href=\"https:\/\/jh.nl\/de\/produkt\/hammermuehle\/\"><u>Hammerm\u00fchle<\/u><\/a>. Dieser leise Betrieb macht die Maschine f\u00fcr Standorte geeignet, an denen Menschen in unmittelbarer N\u00e4he arbeiten. Im Vergleich zu <a href=\"https:\/\/jh.nl\/de\/produkt\/hammermuehle\/\"><u>Hammerm\u00fchlen<\/u><\/a> verbraucht die Scheibenm\u00fchle etwa 10% weniger Energie pro Tonne Produkt.<\/p>\n<h2><b><strong>Scheibenm\u00fchle geeignet f\u00fcr<\/strong><\/b><\/h2>\n<p>Die Scheibenm\u00fchle eignet sich f\u00fcr die Feinmahlung von trockenen Rohstoffen wie Getreide, Mais oder Futtermittelkomponenten.
