BM Flexible auger 75 mm\u00a0ensures direct and efficient\u00a0conveying – even between buildings.\u00a0The maximum conveying length is 60 metres, but the\u00a0number of bends and\/or the texture and density of the\u00a0conveyed material may reduce the maximum length.
\nAt a specific gravity exceeding 650kg\/m\u00b3 we\u00a0recommend an engine with power requirements\u00a0for double length.<\/p>\n

The spiral flight<\/span>\u00a0is available in round and flat versions with different pitches, depending on the model type and material to be handled.<\/p>\n

The pipes and bends<\/span>\u00a0normally come in durable PEH. The black PEH pipes are flexible and are impact resistan. All piping consists of straight pipes and fixed bends assembled by means of sleeves.\u00a0Alternatively, we supply white PVC pipes and bends. The PVC pipes are rigid and dimensionally stable, facilitating better pipe suspension.<\/p>\n

The drive<\/span>\u00a0can be fitted at the inlet or the discharge end. For long augers or demanding materials it may be necessary to fit motors at both ends. The drive is available with a worm gear motor.<\/p>\n

The inlet<\/span>\u00a0measures 300×300 mm and has two vertical sides which offer the largest possible inlet length. It matches all BM silo outlets, either directly or via a 500×500 mm to 300×300 mm adaptor.<\/p>\n

The discharge<\/span>\u00a0can be mounted at a 45\u00b0 or 90\u00b0 angle using a \u00d8 100, \u00d8 150 or OK-160 flange.<\/p>\n

Wood and beet pellets<\/span>\u00a0can be conveyed using a special flexible auger. Max. length for this auger: 18 metres.<\/p>\n

Optional equipment<\/h3>\n

Additional outlets and discharge pipes in a range of dimensions can be supplied. We also offer a wide range of adaptors and cover panels that allow the auger feed unit to be mounted on an existing silo.<\/p>\n
