Description Bucket elevator JHE740
Jansen&Heuning’s bucket elevator JHE740 is used for the vertical transport of bulk materials such as sand, gravel, and grain. The enclosed, dust-tight construction helps prevent material loss and dust emission. Due to its design and dimensions, the JHE740 is suitable for various industrial applications where a continuous material flow is required.
Operation Bucket elevator JHE740
The bucket elevators are operating with a continuously moving belt equipped with fixed cups. These collect the bulk materials at the bottom inlet and transport them vertically to the discharge point at the top. The drive is provided via a 700 mm pulley. The system is constructed using 6,000 mm long modular casing segments and is supplied with a single leg.
