Description Bucket elevator JHE965 / JHE965Z
The bucket elevators JHE965 / JHE965Z by Jansen&Heuning are designed for the vertical transport of bulk materials such as sand, gravel, grain, and other free-flowing products. Both models are built around a size code of 965 mm and feature a fully enclosed, dust-tight construction that minimises product loss and supports safe operation. Due to their dimensions and high transport capacity, these bucket elevators are suited for heavy industrial use. The JHE965 is intended for standard conveying tasks, while the JHE965Z provides a higher discharge height and increased capacity with plastic buckets, making it especially suitable for lighter, high-volume bulk materials.
Operation Bucket elevators JHE965 / JHE965Z
Both elevators operate via a continuous belt fitted with fixed buckets. These buckets scoop up the bulk product at the inlet section and transport it vertically to the discharge point at the top. The drive system uses a 910 mm drive/return pulley. The casing is modular, consisting of 6,000 mm long segments. Both versions come standard with one vertical leg and a base height of 3,250 mm. The discharge height varies between models: 2,230 mm for the JHE965 and 2,680 mm for the JHE965Z.
