This shaker screen is a straightforward machine for cleaning or separating various types of bulk materials such as grains, pellets, coarse powders and granulates. A shaking mechanism sets the screens in motion, allowing the product to pass smoothly over one or two screen decks. Jansen&Heuning supplies these machines with one or two screen decks. With a double-deck screen, oversized and undersized particles are separated from the main product flow.<\/p>\n

These screening machines are used, among other applications, in feed lines in barns and prior to grinding. By cleaning the product before drying, waste material containing a high level of moisture is removed, resulting in lower drying costs.<\/p>\n

Operation of double-deck screens<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The product first passes over the fine screen, where undersized particles are separated. The remaining product then moves onto the coarse screen, where the desired product passes through. Oversized particles are discharged. The coarse screen is cleaned by rubber balls underneath the screen deck, which keep the openings clear.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
