Dankzij modulaire opbouw, maatwerkafmetingen en materiaalkeuze (staal, RVS of slijtvaststaal) sluit elke uitvoering naadloos aan op product, proces en omgeving. Dekselopties bestaan uit snelsluitingen of boutverbindingen.<\/p>\n<p>Jansen&amp;Heuning levert schroeftransporteurs voor uiteenlopende sectoren, waaronder de voedingsmiddelenindustrie, chemie, recycling, mineralenverwerking en agrarische toepassingen. De capaciteit wordt bepaald door de vulling en de omloopsnelheid. Door de gesloten constructie treedt geen stofemissie op. Transport is mogelijk in beide draairichtingen, met meerdere invoer- en uitvoerpunten.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1096\" data-end=\"1361\">Voor langere trajecten worden tussenlagers toegepast, zoals glijlagers (brons of gietijzer) of deelbare kogellagers. Eindlagers zijn buiten liggend en voorzien van een stopbusafdichting.
