Doordat de binnensilo\u2019s uitgevoerd kunnen worden met een conus, veegvijzel en transportsysteem kunnen deze automatisch gevuld en geleegd worden waardoor hier geen verreiker, shovel of heftruck aan te pas hoeft te komen.<\/p>\n<h3>Transportsysteem<\/h3>\n<p>Een groot voordeel aan het gebruik van binnensilo\u2019s is dat deze eenvoudig gevuld en geleegd kunnen worden met een automatisch transportsysteem of middels een vijzel. Dit zorgt er voor dat de kipper of vrachtwagen met een druk op de knop geleegd kan worden in de binnensilo. De binnensilo\u2019s kunnen voorzien zijn van een afvoervijzel en veegvijzel of conus, hierdoor kan middels het transportsysteem voorzien van een afleverbuis eenvoudig een vrachtwagen geladen worden. de uitvoering en capaciteit hiervan kan op basis van uw wensen gedimensioneerd worden van 10 tot wel 150 ton\/uur.<\/p>\n<h3>Toegang tot de silo<\/h3>\n<p>Standaard zijn de binnensilo\u2019s voorzien van \u00e9\u00e9n toegangsluik. Wanneer de binnensilo voorzien is van een beluchtingsconus dan zal onder deze beluchtingsconus een tweede toegangsluik geplaatst worden<\/p>\n<h3>Ventilatievloer en beluchting<\/h3>\n<p>De binnensilo\u2019s kunnen uitgevoerd worden met een beluchtingsconus, ondergrondse kanalen of halfronden kanalen. Hierdoor is het altijd mogelijk de granen goed te beluchten en in topconditie te houden. Afhankelijk van het vochtpercentage van het graan wordt met een hogedrukventilator de tarwe belucht om te koelen of te drogen. Dit systeem kan voorzien worden van sensoren waardoor deze optimaal gebruik kan maken van de buitenlucht. Door aan te sturen op de graantemperatuur, buitentemperatuur, luchtvochtigheid of een combinatie van deze is het mogelijk om graan met lucht te drogen en\/of te koelen en zo langdurig te bewaren<\/p>\n<h3>Besturing<\/h3>\n<p>De\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/jh.nl\/nl\/product\/elektro\/\">aansturing en automatisering<\/a><\/strong> van de binnensilo&#8217;s kan helemaal op maat gemaakt worden. Of het nu gaat om automatische aansturing van de\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/jh.nl\/nl\/product\/ventilatoren\/\">ventilatoren<\/a>,<\/strong> het opstarten van de stortbak zodra het lossen ventilatie<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2602\" data-end=\"2908\">De binnensilo kan worden uitgevoerd met een <a href=\"https:\/\/jh.nl\/nl\/product-categorie\/graantechniek\/graanbeluchting\/\"><strong>beluchtingsconus<\/strong><\/a>. Deze conus is vervaardigd uit metalen plaat met perforaties over het volledige oppervlak. Daardoor ontstaat een gelijkmatige beluchting van het graan. De conus heeft een helling van 28\u00b0, zodat een vijzel de silo nagenoeg volledig kan leegmaken.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"2910\" data-end=\"2918\">Luik<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2919\" data-end=\"3114\">De binnensilo is standaard voorzien van een inspectieluik en een insteekbuis voor een vijzel. Wanneer de silo is uitgevoerd met een beluchtingsconus, zijn standaard twee inspectieluiken aanwezig.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"3116\" data-end=\"3135\">Vullen en legen<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"3136\" data-end=\"3320\">Voor het vullen en legen van de binnensilo zijn verschillende oplossingen mogelijk.
