Description Modular Grain and Seed Cleaner
The modular grain and seed cleaner separates kernels from impurities based on grain size. Other light contaminants, such as chaff, are removed by aspiration. The grain cleaners are designed for continuous use and are suitable for higher capacities. The sieve decks are self-cleaning through the use of ball trays. The sieve box vibrates by means of two vibration motors. The modular cleaners can be supplied with one to four sieve layers and can be configured with multiple sieve boxes in a single machine.
How the Modular Grain Cleaner works
The inlet features a built-in magnet that separates magnetic material. The incoming material first passes over the upper sieve, where coarse impurities are removed. The lower deck then sieves out all sand, broken kernels and other oversized fines. The aspiration channel separates small and light impurities. The adjustable valve of the aspiration channel ensures optimal air extraction. In the air channel, the airflow carries the remaining small light particles to a cyclone or filter. The outlet also features a built-in magnet for the separation of magnetic material.

Capacities apply to the cleaning of wheat, bulk density 750 kg/m³, moisture content max. 16%, and when using wire mesh sieves. Machine capacities are indicative and depend on the type, quality, moisture content and impurity level of the processed product.
