Description Grain bucket elevator
The grain bucket elevator by Jansen&Heuning is designed for the vertical conveying of grain and other granular bulk materials. The elevator features a fully enclosed, dust-tight construction and requires only limited floor space. Thanks to its modular design and compact build, the system integrates easily into a wide range of industrial facilities and storage applications.
Suitable for grain conveying
This vertical grain elevator is used in applications where grain or similar materials need to be conveyed vertically, such as in silo systems or loading and unloading installations. The bucket elevator is a space-saving alternative to screw conveyors or inclined belt conveyors. Product infeed can be configured via a simple intake hopper, a complete intake pit, or chain conveyors. See also our other bucket elevators for bulk materials.

Advantages of the grain bucket elevator
The vertical conveying principle keeps floor space requirements to a minimum. The elevator can be integrated into existing systems and provides easy access to key components via multiple inspection hatches. The modular segment structure allows flexible height adjustments.
