Description Chain conveyor light duty

Not all installations operate continuously or handle abrasive products. In certain situations, they run only a few hundred hours per year. For this purpose, Jansen&Heuning supplies the JHK light duty version, which is naturally more cost-effective.

The critical rotating components are of comparable quality to the heavy-duty version. The chain, bearings and drive are executed according to the same quality standards as the heavy duty version.

Application chain conveyor light duty

If products are non-sticky, they are suitable for a chain conveyor.

Products that are readily possible:
– Granules: all types of grain, animal feed, biomass, lime, sulphur, cocoa beans, coffee beans, sugar, nuts, peanuts, almonds
– Powders: flour, meal, semolina, starch, milk powder, cocoa powder, dried vegetables, bentonite
In industries such as agriculture, chemical, food and food ingredients
Light duty chain conveyors are manufactured from galvanised sheet steel
Multiple volumetric dosing inlets and outlets with or without slide gates can be freely positioned, for example for unloading or filling a row of silos
Ideal in combination with a receiving hopper and inlet with capacity control
For horizontal transport and inclines up to 30°
Transitions from horizontal to 30° incline are possible
Side inlet suitable for application in receiving hoppers
