Description Compact Grain and Seed Cleaner
The compact grain and seed cleaner is designed for cleaning all types of grains, seeds, dried herbs, spices, tobacco, and finer granular products such as salt and similar materials. The raw material is separated based on differences in size (using sieves) and weight (using an aspirator/air flow).
How the Compact Sieve Cleaner works
The material flows across multiple vibrating sieve decks. Vibration motors generate the shaking motion. The sieves are self-cleaning thanks to ball trays, preventing blockages. The mesh size and type of sieves are determined based on the product and the desired cleaning result. A built-in aspiration channel removes light impurities such as chaff and dust. For discharging the extracted air, we recommend a fan with cyclone. Thanks to its modular design, this machine is suitable for post-harvest cleaning at agricultural businesses and for other special purposes, ranging from sorting to sieving. The parts that come into contact with the product are easily accessible and cleanable.

Applications of the Compact Cleaner
Grain and seed cleaners are used worldwide wherever bulk products need to be cleaned, sorted or separated — from the farm to the processing plant.
Agriculture and harvest processing Grain always contains impurities directly after harvest: chaff, straw, dust, sand, weed seeds, and similar contaminants. A grain cleaner removes these quickly and effectively, leaving the product ready for storage or further processing.
Seed production Seed production is subject to strict quality requirements. The cleaner removes weed seeds and light particles, resulting in a pure, uniform batch ready for certification and packaging.
Grain trading and storage When receiving incoming batches, cleaning is an important first step. Clean grain stores better, is less prone to heating, and meets the quality standards of your customers.
Food and animal feed industry Cleaning is equally essential when processing rice, pulses, coffee beans, soy and compound feed raw materials. Foreign matter is removed before the product undergoes further processing.
Oilseed industry Rapeseed, sunflower seeds and soy are cleaned before pressing or extraction. This protects the machinery and improves the quality of the end product.
