Crushers provide efficient pre-treatment of blocked or hardened bulk materials in FIBCs. When product flow is obstructed due to lumps or compacted contents in the big bag, a crusher prevents process delays. These systems are widely used in the chemical, food, bulk logistics and recycling industries.

The big bag is placed between two pressure plates or against a hydraulically driven crushing mechanism. Controlled force is applied to break up the material inside the bag, without damaging the FIBC itself. Depending on the type, crushers can be operated manually, semi-automatically or fully automatically.

Various configurations are available, including mobile crushers (movable by forklift), units with rotary platforms and PLC control, and systems that can be integrated into existing unloading stations. This ensures that a suitable solution is available for each specific application.
