Description Air Sieve Sorting Machine
Air sieve sorting machines clean through a smart combination of sieves and air flowing upward simultaneously. Heavy particles fall through the sieves. Light particles are lifted up and remain together with the larger particles on the sieve, until they fall off together at the rear. Each sieve deck consists of three sections, which can have different perforations.
How the Air Sieve works
The basic model has a sieve box with two sieve decks, dividing the product into three fractions. The amount of air passing through each sieve is precisely adjustable. The correct sieve perforation and accurate control of the airflow ensure optimal sorting by size and partly by the weight of the particles. The inclination angle of the sieve box is adjustable, controlling the speed at which the product travels across the sieve. The end product is on average cleaned to a purity of more than 99.5%.
Products processed on the air sieve sorter must be pre-cleaned to achieve the best possible cleaning results. For cleaning small seeds and planting seed, it is recommended to complement the air sieve sorter with the SG table.
In the animation below, the heavy small particles are shown in red. The good product is shown in yellow, and the small light particles and large particles are shown in green.
