Description Bigbag unloading station
A bigbag unloading station enables safe, fast and ergonomic emptying of bigbags with minimal dust emission. The system reduces manual handling and prevents product loss during the unloading process. By applying vibration technology, pneumatic shaking systems and/or optional breaking units, a stable and controlled product flow is achieved.

Bigbags are used for a wide range of bulk solids and bulk materials, depending on the material properties.

Operation bigbag unloading station with spout
In the version with a discharge spout, the bigbag is placed on an unloading platform, after which the product is released in a controlled manner.
- The bottom of the bigbag rests on a platform, creating a dust-tight connection
- The discharge spout is opened via a closable and easily accessible hatch
- The system only opens when the bigbag is correctly positioned
- For poor flowing materials, vibration or shaking systems ensure movement and product flow
Opening with cutting cross
Cutting open the bottom of the bigbag using a cutting cross is a very fast method, but cannot always be applied due to the risk of fibres from the bigbag entering the product.
