The contents of bigbags can harden due to various factors such as moisture absorption, long-term storage or temperature fluctuations. This makes it impossible to unload bigbags in a normal way, as the hardened chunks are far too large for further processing. Jansen&Heuning’s mobile bigbag crusher offers an efficient solution for this. By crushing the contents, the large lumps are reduced to a processable size, making unloading and further transport of the material considerably easier.
Easy bigbag crushing with mobile crusher
The mobile bigbag crusher is equipped with a pressing force of 30 kN at 160 bar oil pressure, allowing it to effortlessly crush hardened bigbags. Its universal design makes it applicable to practically any forklift truck and suitable for most common bigbags.
To ensure maximum compatibility, the mobile bigbag crusher can be equipped with any standard FEM attachment (ISO class international). In addition, it is possible to order a customer-specific version with the necessary hydraulic connections for your forklift truck.
The requirements for the forklift truck are:
- A lifting capacity of at least two tonnes
- Availability of one additional hydraulic connection consisting of one feed and return
The bigbag conditioner is easy to mount on the forklift with the instructions provided. Thanks to the four sturdy hooks, the forklift can still be used to move bigbags without dismantling the crusher first. This increases flexibility and efficiency in industrial processes.
