Belt conveyors are an essential part of the conveying process and must therefore provide reliable operation and a long service life.
Light duty belt conveyors are used worldwide for transporting bulk materials with capacities up to 350 m³/hour, such as grain and other agricultural products, salt, fertiliser, biomass, raw materials for the chemical industry, household waste, sand and gravel, construction and demolition waste, etc.
This type of industrial conveyor belt complies with the applicable European standards for conveyor installations.

Specifications
The conveyor belt consists of a frame with drive drum, tail pulley, two-piece troughing idlers, tensioning unit and a rubber or PVC belt.
The calculation program determines the correct configuration including the supporting frame, based on capacity, conveyor length, incline angle and material type.

Conveyor belt

Belt tensioning
- Push-type spindle tensioners for correct belt tension with sufficient tensioning travel
Belt cleaning
- Plough scraper before the tail pulley
- External cleaning with a scraper on the head pulley

Drive system
- Drum motor for compact installations
- Drive drum with shaft mounted gearmotor for larger installations
- For optimum grip and long service life, drive drums are fitted with rubber lagging
