Among other things, the installation can be equipped with the following features:

Vibrating mechanism for product compaction

• An integrated vibration motor activates the product during filling, releasing trapped air and creating a compact, stable bigbag. This promotes stackability and transport safety.

Integrated weighing technology

• All filling stations can be fitted with an accurate weighing system, tailored to batch weights and tolerances. This supports both quality assurance and process optimisation.

Automated pallet transport

• For smooth discharge of filled bigbags, the station can be extended with an accumulating pallet roller conveyor, minimising handling time between filling cycles.

DUO filling system for high capacity

• To enable peak load and continuous production, the DUO system allows one bigbag to be filled while the next one is already positioned. This increases throughput and reduces downtime.
